Shipping policy

Shipping countries:
All orders are shipped from Germany to all countries within the EU (adapt) plus Australia. 

 

Customs Duty:
As all orders are shipped from Germany no additional custom duties or import taxes occur within the EU and Switzerland. 

If you order your jewellery to a country outside of the EU some other regulations regarding customs duties or import taxes might apply and should be paid by you (also in case of not accepting or refusing the parcel). In the case of a return, these costs will be deducted from your credit.
