Wherever her travels took her, she would collect shells from the beaches she visited, turning them into little necklaces for friends. But as much as she loved these creations, they never lasted long in the active, salty life she led as a surfer. Driven by the desire to create something more durable, she dreamed of making jewelry that could keep up with her adventurous spirit—pieces that wouldn't tarnish, that could be worn anywhere, and that would last through every wave and sunset.
